Refund policy

If you change your mind about a purchase with us, you are welcome to return it.

Items must be returned within 30 days after your purchase date.

We will need to receive the item back, unopened, unused, & in the original packaging.

Gift Vouchers purchased cannot be returned & are not redeemable for cash unless faulty.

Shipping on refunded items is at the cost of the customer & is deducted from the refund. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.15.
